1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using rdecals.com (“Website”), placing an order, or uploading artwork, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Custom Products & Production

All products sold on this Website are custom-made unless otherwise stated.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Custom decals

  • Windshield banners

  • DTF gang sheets

  • Heat transfers

  • Custom apparel (shirts, hoodies)

  • Custom hats and leather patch hats

Because products are made to order, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

3. Artwork Upload & Intellectual Property

By uploading, submitting, or approving artwork, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legal owner of the artwork, OR

  • You have obtained full authorization from the intellectual property owner to reproduce and distribute the design.

You agree not to upload:

  • Copyrighted logos without permission

  • Trademarked brand logos without authorization

  • Offensive, unlawful, or defamatory material

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R Decals, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from the use of submitted artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe violates intellectual property laws.

4. File Responsibility & Print Quality

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Image resolution and clarity

  • Proper sizing and scaling

  • Transparent backgrounds when required

  • Spelling, grammar, and design accuracy

  • Correct color setup

Artwork is printed exactly as submitted and approved.

We are not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution images

  • Pixelation

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by customer

  • Color shifts due to monitor differences

  • Minor placement variations (within industry tolerance)

5. Color Variations

Due to differences in monitors, printers, inks, fabrics, vinyl materials, and lighting conditions, exact color matching is not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Payment must be made in full before production begins.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions

7. Order Approval

For orders requiring digital proofs:

Production will not begin until artwork is approved.

By approving a proof, you accept full responsibility for all aspects of the design, including spelling, layout, and sizing.

8. Production & Shipping

Production times are estimates and not guarantees.

R Decals is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Lost or damaged packages once in carrier possession

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

9. Returns & Refunds

Because all custom items are made to order:

  • No refunds or returns on custom products.

  • No cancellations once production has begun.

If there is a manufacturing defect or error caused by us, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reprint the order

  • Issue partial store credit

  • Offer a replacement

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

10. Chargebacks & Fraud

Custom goods are non-returnable.

Fraudulent chargebacks for properly produced custom goods will be contested with proof of order approval, production, and shipment documentation.

We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who initiate unjustified disputes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

R Decals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.
